1、 免辦鍋爐使用證的獨(dú)特內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

該系列產(chǎn)品水容積小于30L，在國(guó)家的免辦鍋爐使用證范圍內(nèi)，即無(wú)須辦理鍋爐使用證。爐膽裝有內(nèi)置式汽水分離器，解決了蒸汽帶水的難題，更加保證了蒸汽的優(yōu)質(zhì)性。

2、 采用液晶顯示全自動(dòng)智能電控系統(tǒng)

鍋爐操作系統(tǒng)為全自動(dòng)控制，所有的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)均可在液晶屏中一目了然。您可以在顯示屏中觀察到鍋爐電加熱管工作狀態(tài)，鍋爐水位狀態(tài)，蒸汽壓力高低狀態(tài)，水泵運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，故障報(bào)警狀態(tài)等，讓您隨時(shí)掌握鍋爐運(yùn)行狀況，使用更放心。

3、 采用優(yōu)質(zhì)核心部件—電加熱管

電加熱管不僅采用優(yōu)質(zhì)厚壁316L不銹鋼管制作，使用壽命超過常用的304不銹鋼管30%，而且采用進(jìn)口高溫氧化鎂粉及封口材料，耐高溫可達(dá)900℃。更好的確保了電加熱管的使用壽命。另外，電熱管與爐體與法蘭連接，利于更換、維修和保養(yǎng)。

4、 采用優(yōu)質(zhì)零部件

所有的管路和儀器儀表連接均采用不銹鋼管或銅管連接，電器采用國(guó)內(nèi)知名德力西電器，使用可靠，配置豪華。

5、 多重連鎖保護(hù)功能。

產(chǎn)品裝有經(jīng)鍋爐檢驗(yàn)所校驗(yàn)的閥、壓力控制器等超壓保護(hù)，防止鍋爐因壓力過大而造成爆炸事故；同時(shí)具有極限低水位保護(hù)，在供水停止的情況下鍋爐將自動(dòng)停止工作，防止了鍋爐干燒導(dǎo)致電加熱元件損害甚至燒壞的現(xiàn)象。漏電保護(hù)器讓操作人員和設(shè)備的更有保障，即使在鍋爐操作不當(dāng)引起的電路短路、漏電的情況下鍋爐也將會(huì)自動(dòng)切斷電路，及時(shí)的保護(hù)好操作人員和控制線路。
