激光燈從生產到成品庫，需要1-2天時間，功率越大，制作時間就越長。成品后的激光燈，小功率至少要8個小時的烤機時間，大功率則需要1-3天的時間，這樣做是為了保證激光的質量，篩選出不合格（包括光弱、光不亮等各個問題）的激光。
