傳統(tǒng)的單閥芯換向閥所組成的液壓系統(tǒng)難以合理解決好以下功能和控制之間存在的矛盾:
(1)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)為提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,減少負(fù)載變化對(duì)速度的影響,要么犧牲部分我們想實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,要么增加額外的液壓元件,如調(diào)速閥、壓力控制閥等,通過(guò)增加阻尼,提高系統(tǒng)速度剛度來(lái)提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。但是這樣元件的增加又會(huì)降低效率,浪費(fèi)能源;還會(huì)使得整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的可靠性降低、增加成本。

(2)由于換向結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,使得用戶(hù)在實(shí)現(xiàn)某一功能時(shí)必須購(gòu)買(mǎi)相應(yīng)的液壓元件,再加上工程機(jī)械廠家會(huì)根據(jù)不同終用戶(hù)要求設(shè)計(jì)出相應(yīng)的功能,這樣會(huì)造成生產(chǎn)廠家采購(gòu)?fù)?lèi)、多規(guī)格的液壓控制元件來(lái)滿足不同功能要求的需要,不利于產(chǎn)品通用化及產(chǎn)品管理,同時(shí)會(huì)大大提高產(chǎn)品成本。
(3)由于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)出液壓油通過(guò)一根閥芯進(jìn)行控制,單獨(dú)控制執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)兩側(cè)壓力是不可能的。因此,出油側(cè)背壓作用于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的反方向,隨著出油側(cè)背壓升高,為保質(zhì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng),必須提高進(jìn)油側(cè)壓力。這樣會(huì)使得液壓系統(tǒng)消耗的功能增加,效率低,發(fā)熱增加。
